What we collect, how we use it, how to opt out — in plain English.

What we collect
 

When you book an appointment, sign up for our newsletter, fill out a form, or order a dress, we collect:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and the city you'd like to visit

  • Wedding date and details you share with your stylist

  • Photos you choose to share for inspiration

  • Payment information when you order a dress (handled by our payment processor — we don't store card numbers ourselves)

  • Standard website information: pages you visited, what browser you used, how you found us


How we use it

  • To schedule and prepare for your appointments

  • To send order updates, fitting reminders, and information related to your dress

  • To send the occasional newsletter — only if you've opted in

  • To improve the website and understand which pages are useful

  • To meet legal and accounting requirements when applicable


Who we share with

We don't sell your information. We do work with a small number of trusted services to run the boutique:

  • BridalLive — our appointment booking and order management system

  • Wix — hosts this website

  • Our email service provider — sends newsletters and appointment communications

  • Google Analytics — anonymous data on how the site is being used

  • Designers, seamstresses, and other vendors — only when relevant to your order or appointment

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We choose vendors who handle data responsibly.


Cookies and tracking

Like most websites, we use cookies — small files that remember your preferences and tell us how the site is being used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; some features may behave differently.


Email and marketing

If you've signed up for our newsletter or booked an appointment, we may send you emails about events, new arrivals, or appointment reminders. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link — use it any time and we'll stop. Appointment and order-related emails are transactional and will continue regardless until your order is complete.


Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you

  • Update or correct it

  • Delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons (typically tied to your order)

  • Stop sending you marketing emails

Email info@unbridaled.com with your request. We'll get back to you within a reasonable time, usually within two weeks.


Children

Our services are for adults planning a wedding. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll remove it.


Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally — for instance, if we add a new vendor or change how we use a particular service. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll email customers we have on file.
