WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?
Our dresses range from $1,000 to $8,000. We have a little of something for every bride no matter what their ideal price point. We also have sale dresses that are samples we are no longer carrying they are super discounted!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A WEDDING DRESS IN?
Most of the dresses only take 4-6 months to arrive and you want to leave some time for alterations. The designers offer rushes if you need a dress sooner and we have several designers that are quick ship that can often arrive in a few weeks. Most of the time we recommend 9 months ahead but we can work with most time lines by either choosing a quick ship designer or a dress off the rack. If you are a planner then a year ahead might make you feel more relaxed.
DO YOU SELL DRESSES OFF THE RACK?
We have select styles off the rack that are available for a discount. Most of our off the rack selection is from a size 6-14. We also have quick ship designers if you find yourself in a time crunch. You can also check out a small selection of these in our online shop.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
If you have undergarments that you want to wear on your wedding day you can bring those to your appointment. We have found that if you are attracted to the lighter weight crepe gowns you may want to bring a pair of skims or spanx. This will help you envision the look on your wedding day.
A trusted opinion can come in handy when trying to decide between your favorite dresses. Too many opinions can often be overwhelming for the bride so we ask that you limit your party size to 2-3 guests. We are a boutique size store so a large party may feel more cramped. You can also take pictures to help aid you in your decision process! Please keep in mind with COVID there may be different limitations.
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?
We have a few different options for payments. You can pay in full when your dress is ordered and check it off your list. You can pay half down when you order and the other half within a week of the dresses arrival. The last option is to split the payment into 4 monthly installments. Don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
WHAT IS A SAMPLE SALE OR AN OFF THE RACK DRESS?
A sample sale is when we sell dresses off the rack for a discount. These dresses vary in condition and price. Tese are store samples that have never been worn for a wedding but have been tried on in store. Some of them may need a cleaning and alterations but they are marked from 50-90% off! Several of these options can be found in our online shop.
HELP! I AM OUT OF TOWN.
Don't worry we have an online portal to help you submit your measurements and help ease the ordering process. This works great for out of town bridesmaids but can also be quite helpful for the out of town bride. We have a video on how to take your measurement here.
WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?
A trunk show is a time for us to highlight a designer and showcase their entire current collection. Sometimes, the designer makes an appearance in store to answer any questions you may have about the dresses. During a limited time the dresses are offered at 10% off but you still order a new dress made for you! This is a great way to take advantage of getting a discount on your dress.
DOES UNBRIDALED DO ALTERATIONS?
We do not have an in-house seamstress at Unbridaled. The alterations are done separately and are not included in the price. We work with several seamstresses in town that are here to alter your dress perfectly! Here is the link to our current list. Do not hesitate to reach out to your stylist to see who they think would be a good fit for you.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT COVID-19 RULES?
Right now we are operating by appointment only. We are able to often accommodate last minute appointments so please just give us a call to confirm. We are limiting our appointments at a time and there is a two guest plus bride. We are keeping the rules the same for everyone. This is not based on capacity but what our stylist feel maximizes their safety. Face coverings are required and we are not able to make exceptions. We are happy to help you get comfortable outside if you need and can also help brides with virtual or an at-home tryon.
CAN I BROWSE YOUR DRESSES ONLINE?
YES! We have an online portal you where you can save all your favorites, track your order, and manage your appointments. Send us a message and we will send you a link to get it set up! The inventory changes so not all dresses are listed and sometimes styles may be unavailable.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?
We have a limit of bride plus two people right now. Face coverings are required for everyone. Since you are required to keep them on no champagne or food.
DO I TIP MY STYLIST?
We have had several requests and inquiries on how to tip your stylist. All of our employees are paid fair wages and do not depend on tips but if you feel like your stylist went above and beyond you are able to leave her a tip either through the online portal or at checkout.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
We are currently struggling to accommodate walk-ins so it is best to book and appointment prior to coming. Please give us a ring or text to see if we can help you last minute. If we have an available fitting room we would love to help you. Book and appointment.
DO YOU REQUIRE FACE COVERINGS?
We will require face coverings in store until our staff is able to get vaccines and if there is more than one appointment at a time. If this does not suite your needs please schedule at a later date and we will update when they are no longer required.
