FAQ's

Q: Will my dress still come in on time?

A: For our brides who have placed an order with us and have dresses that were scheduled to ship in April and May; this is THE question causing the most stress. The answer for most designers is YES, it probably will. Even though many of our designers have closed their operations, our Unbridaled managers are still in daily communication with them and are working together with them to do everything we can to get the most time sensitive orders to our brides in as timely a manner as possible. However, this is a worldwide problem, and for the safety of everyone including the brides is our mutual first priority. If any of our designers have told us that there would be a delay in production, we will let you know and update you with that information as it becomes available to us as your ship date apporoaches. We are here and want to answer all the questions you have at this time, so if you are curious how Covid-19 closures may affect the timeline of production and shipping of your gown, you can reach us at the email addresses at the bottom of this post with any and all questions that you have.

Q: If all the locations of Unbridaled are not open, how will my dress be received and shipped to me?

A: All of our Unbridaled managers are currently working full time from home while practicing safe social distancing. Depending on the city and the rules governing the closures and restrictions placed, some of us have re-routed shipments from designers to our homes and are then shipping out to brides. Those of us who are still able to go to the store are receiving shipments there as usual. If the designer offers a drop ship option, we may reach out to you for your mailing address and you will receive the gown directly from them. Email us if you have any questions surrounding the logistics of the shipping and receipt of your order.

Before we address a couple more questions ... how about some pics of some of our favorite sample sale dresses that we have available to purchase from the comfort of your sofa right at home. If you are interested in any of these beauties and want more info on how to purchase, check out these and more options here. And as always, use the email address below if you need more detailed pics and pricing info.

Q: Will my upcoming appointment at Unbridaled still be able to happen?

A: As much as we miss being able to help all of our brides in person, we are not sure when it will be safe to have in store operational business hours. This is for the safety of our employees and our brides so we just don't know yet when appointments in the store will resume. Stay tuned to our socials and here on our blog for the virtual options we are working at making available to you. If you have an appointment scheduled in the month of April, the manager in the city for which your appointment is to take place will be in contact with you, should we have to remain closed for the entire month. We have started doing Instagram Live Trunk Show Try-On sessions and are working hard to keep our content full of pretty things to hold you over until we can help you find your perfect dress. Make sure you're following us on Instagram so you can catch our LIVE try on with a sampling from the Moonrise Canyon collection by Rue de Seine.

Q: I had an appointment recently and think that one of the dresses I tried on might be "the one"; can I still place an order even while you are closed?

A: Heck Yea !!! Our POS is up and running from home for all of our locations and if you want to place an order, you can use the email addresses below to take care of that and we can take payment from home and get those new orders going !!

Stay safe out there babes !! We miss you !! xoxo
