Brides:

Step 1: Provide Unbridaled with the specifics of your order. This includes dress line, style, color, material and length. Also include any added options like sashes, trims, bands,
etc.

Step 2: Provide Unbridaled with a complete list of your bridesmaids’ names,
email addresses and phone numbers so we can keep everyone up to date and on track throughout the ordering process.

Bridesmaids:
To place your Bridesmaid’s dress order please see the following:

Step 1: Complete and sign the Unbridaled policy/order form.

Step 2: Contact Unbridaled with specific questions on sizing, payment or other details of the order. While size charts may be found on all our designers’ websites, we’ll be glad to assist in making size determinations. Please know that the final decision is made by the bridesmaid.

Step 3: Email, fax or mail signed and completed policy/order form to Unbridaled. Orders are not placed until all bridesmaids have completed and signed the order form and provided necessary payment information.

Step 4: Allow 12-14 weeks for your dress to arrive to Unbridaled (time varies according to dress line). Rush Orders can usually be accommodated.

If you requested shipping, expect an additional 3-5 business days for your dress to arrive to you. Note: If you are picking your dress up, you must pick it up within 7 days of notification of its arrival unless other arrangements are made.
